NEW DELHI, Oct 5: The Supreme Court today dismissed the plea of former Delhi Law Minister in the AAP Government, Somnath Bharti, who sought bail in a case of attempt to murder and domestic violence registered by his wife Lipika Mishra.
A two judge bench headed by Chief Justice Of India H L Dattu dismissed the regular bail plea of Mr Bharti and asked him to approach the trial court for any kind of relief.
The SC also asked the trial court to hear Mr Bharti’s case expeditiously. (UNI)
