Talking to media persons on the campus, here today, the NGEU president Vijay Kumar accused the JU authorities of not pursuing their cases, likes regularization of some eligible employees, pay scale of Rs 2750, creation of the posts of Sweepers, etc.
“The demand of pay scale of Rs 2750 was approved in the Jammu University Council meeting in 2009 during the tenure of then Vice-Chancellor Prof Amitabh Mattoo, but till now it is the midway,” he said and added that similarly the case of Regularization of four employees was lying pending with Financial Advisor for the last two years as the JU authorities did not follow it.
