JAMMU, Oct 5: The 2nd membership drive of J&K Indian Naval Veterans Association (JKINVA) was held today under the chairmanship of its president, Hem Raj and vice-president, Yudhvir Singh Sumbria.
A large number of fresh veterans from various parts of Jammu region participated in the drive and became part of the association. Detailed discussions were held to sort out the problems being faced by the pensioners in canteens and Military hospitals.
The veterans who were present during the meeting were Lakhbir Singh, Suresh Chadha, UR Sharma, Joginder Singh Chib, Swarn Singh Chib, Surinder Randawha and many others.
