JAMMU, Oct 6: In order to carry out the permanent restoration of 33 KV Mahanpur-Phinter line, the power supply to Billawar, Phinter, Dewel, Mandli, Baggan, Lohaie Malhar and its adjoining areas will remain affected on October 8 & 11 from 10 am to 4 pm.
