KATHUA, Oct 8: In continuation to drive launched by the District Police Kathua to nab the drug peddlers, acting on specific information a Police Party of P/S Lakhanpur today nabbed two drug peddlers along with contraband narcotic material during the past 24 hours.
They arrested drug peddlers are Varun Verma S/o Narotam Lal R/o Hatli Morh and Kapil Dev S/o Gurdayal R/o Karooh Lakhanpur. They were nabbed along with contraband narcotic material near New Ravi Bridge Lakhanpur, FIR No. 79/2015 u/s 8/20 NDPS and 80/2015 u/s 8/21 NDPS respectively stands registered at Police Station Lakhanpur. The drive has been carried out under the supervision of SP Kathua, Neeva Jain.
