RAJOURI, Oct 8: A broad based Extempore Speech Contest was organized in PG College Rajouri, here today, by the Department of English.
As many as 20 students participated in this Extempore Speech Contest and spoke on various issues on the spot without having any previous idea about the topic.
The contest was organized by HoD English, Prof Javed Mugal, who said such activities have been initiated to provide the young talent of the College a suitable platform to display their talent.
