Clay Modeling competition held at JK Montessorie School

Jammu, Oct 8: JK Montessorie Sr. Sec. School organized “clay modeling” competition for grade Ist and grade 2nd in the school premises here today.
Over 150 students participated in the competition. The main aim of this competition was to help the students to exhibit their talent besides showing love for ” fruits & vegetables ” The theme of competition was ” fruits” for grade Ist & ” vegetables” for grade 2nd The students made different types of fruits & vegetables with clay like  Apple, Banana, Mango , Grapes, Brinjal, Lemon, Chilly, Lady- finger, Pumpkin , Potato, Tomato etc.
It was a motivational and value filled presentation wherein the students exercised, enjoyed and learnt importance of various fruits & vegetables.
All the students had a wonderful learning experience and were happy  & to be a part of fun way of teaching & projected their ideas through clay modeling to made fruits & vegetables.
From Grade Ist (Lotus), Priyanjali Tagotra got Ist Position,  Archit Pandey  of Ist (Rose) secured 2nd Position  and third Position was shared by Dhriti Koul & Kirti Koul of Ist (Rose)
From Grade 2nd (Rose) Deepali Pankaj won Ist Position , Nandani Devi of 2nd (Lotus) got Second where as third prize was shared by Rudar Mehra & Parul Sharma of 2nd (Lotus) respectively.
Navjyot  Kour , Kamaljeet Kour and Jyoti Chib in charge co-curricular activity were the adjudicators.
Managing Director Sanjeev Gupta, Director Academic Rajni Gupta, Vice Principal Geeta Dixit and Co-ordinator Vandana Gupta were also present on the occasion.
