JAMMU, Oct 10: In the much publicized murder case of PSI Ajay Gupta in which Trial Court had awarded life-imprisonment to the then SP Sevak Singh and his PSO, a Bench of Supreme Court comprising Justice J Chelameswar and Justice Abhay Mamphar Sapre has granted bail to Sevak Singh to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu.
Advocate Sumit Singh Somria appeared on behalf of Sevak Singh.
