JAMMU, Oct 13: Police arrested six gamblers along with Rs 3,170 stake money and playing cards from Lower Shiv Nagar area.
As per police sources, on specific information, police team from Bakshi Nagar police station conducted raid in Lower Shiv Nagar area and arrested six gamblers along with Rs 3,170 stake money and playing cards.
The accused have been identified as Uttam Nishad, Purshotam Sahu, Shabi Yadav, Kiran Kumar, Ajay Bhardwaj and Sita Ram.
A case has been registered and investigation started.
