SRINAGAR, Oct 14: DAV Managing Committee Jawahar Nagar Srinagar in its meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of T K Ganjoo discussed various issues pertaining to the institute especially its renovation as the last year floods have caused a huge damage to the school.
The meeting, while discussing the role of the State Government agencies said that it is heartening that the Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department Vipal Pathak and Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC)Shokat Ahmed Zargar have taken personnel interest in granting permission for repairing and renovation of boundary wall.
It decided to start the work soon so that the same is finished before on set of Winter.
