REASI, Oct 17: Bhawan police handed over a lost bag to pilgrim, who had come to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine to perform darshans during the ongoing Navratra festival.
As per police sources, an unclaimed bag containing mobile phone alongwith Rs 5500 cash was found in Bhawan area by police party of Police Station Bhawan.
After making announcements, a pilgrim namely Guddi Singh, wife of Ram Chander Singh of Gurki Pachuri, District Gucharya, Uttar Pradesh reached police station Bhawan and claimed that the bag belonged to her.
After clarification of her ownership, bag containing mobile phone and cash was handed over to the lady pilgrim.
