Vibodh kick starts developmental works

RAJOURI, Oct 17: Realizing long pending dream of the people of Rajouri town, Member Legislative Council and State Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Advocate Vibodh Gupta has started face lifting of town by initiating developmental works worth Rs 13 lakh which has received tremendous response of the residents.
Advocate Vibodh Gupta along with officers and party workers today inaugurated 5 different developmental works in Rajouri Town. He inaugurated interlock tiles work from Anandpur Ashram to Main Bazar which will facelift the main road leading to Bazar. This was biggest demand of the residents of town who were suffering a lot due to dilapidated condition of the foot roads. This work will be followed by another 4 face lifting works which will start new era of development in the Rajouri town.
Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Gupta said that streets and foot roads of Rajouri town was in ramshackle and there was no development visible on ground in the town for the last 10 years. He said that face lifting of Rajouri town was his priority after taking over as Member Legislative Council and he is happy that the work on this project has kicked off.
He said that this will provide big relief to the people of the town and commuters who used to visit Rajouri market. He said that the present condition was gaining bad name for the town as commuters were facing lot of problems and now they will face drastic change in near future.
Terming development as top priority of BJP-PDP Government, Gupta said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is biggest ideal of development in India and he has taught how to win the hearts of the people by development rather than petty politics which other political parties play with the people by raising hollow slogans.
He said that Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed also believe in the development and both State and Centre are moving forward towards new era of development during Modi-Mufti regimes at Centre and in the State.
