CK Nayudu Trophy: J&K 197 for 2 against Tripura’s 356

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir was in a strong position scoring 197 for two in reply to Tripura’s 356 in the first innings on the second day of the four-day all-India (under-23) Col CK Nayudu Trophy at SK Cricket Stadium here today.
Resuming at 295 for eight, Tripura could add just four runs before they lost their ninth wicket, Banik(34). The visitors were all out for 356 runs.
Jammu and Kashmir got a solid start and the openers added 66 runs before Omar Banday lost his wicket in the 20th over. The hosts lost their second wicket at the score of 181 when SS Sautradhar bowled Pranav Gupta on 72 runs.
The home team were 197 for the lost of two wickets at the end of day’s play. Abhinav Puri on 76 and Umar Nissar on 10 were at stumps.
