RAJOURI, Oct 19: The district unit of Drivers’ Association of Health Department (DAHD) today elected its office bearers under the guidance of Anoop Singh, provincial president, DAHD, Jammu province.
Around 70 drivers from six medical blocks of the department participated in the election and unanimously elected Mohd Akram as president, Mohd Taj as senior vice-president, Ashok Kumar Handa as vice-president, Shahbaz Ahmed as general secretary, Abdul Rashid as publicity secretary, Mohd Taj (B) as secretary, Babu Sarfraz as cashier and Prem Kumar as advisor.
Talit Mehmood was elected as Block president for Darhal, Bashir Hussain for Kandi, Mohd Nasar for Manjakote, Pritam Dass for Nowshera, Ashrif for Kalakote and Prdeep Singh for Sunderbani.
