SAMBA, Oct 23: Naka Party of P/S Vijaypur led by Sub-Inspector Rajeshwar Singh, SHO P/S Vijaypur under the supervision of S S Sambyal, SDPO Vijaypur today recovered a stolen Maruti Car (Maruti-800) bearing Registration No. JK02L-8797 from Jakh Vijaypur.
However, the accused person fled from the spot after seeing the strong Naka at Jakh by parking the said vehicle along the NHW.
Polcie said after enquiry, it was found a case under FIR No. 161/2015 has already been registered in P/S Gandhi Nagar Jammu regarding the theft of this car. Thereafter, the vehicle was handed to its owner namely Tarlochan Singh son of Mian Singh of 81/12 Nanak Nagar Jammu in presence of Police Party of P/S Gandhi Nagar.
