SAMBA, Oct 25: One person was killed while three others were injured in two separate road accidents in Samba district today.
As per reports one person was killed after an Alto Car bearing registration Number JK08 — 4745 rolled down near Chichi Mata Temple near here in which one person was serious injured.
He was shifted to District Hospital Samba where doctors declared him as brought dead. He has been identified as Puneet Gupta, 26, S/o Bharat Bhasha Gupta R/o Ward No 6 Kathua .
In another accident in Sanoora in Samba district a car bearing number JK 2 AG 0059 rolled down in which three car inmates Balbir Ram S/o Harbans Lal, of Vijaypur, Bhagwan Dass, S/o Krishan Lal of Barian and Randeep Singh S/o Kuldeep Singh also of Barian were injured. They were taken to District Hospital Samba where from doctors referred them to GMC Jammu for treatment.
The Samba police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law in both the accidents.
