JAMMU, Oct 26: Superintendent of Police (SP) Railways, Suram Singh asked the officers to dispose the crime cases on fast track basis.
He said this during security/crime review meeting held at GRP Lines Jammu, which was attended by Pawan Kumar, SDPO Railways Vijaypur, Devinder Singh, SDPO Railways Jammu, SHOs and Incharge Police Posts of GRP Jammu.
During the meeting the security system and crime work of GRP Jammu was discussed in a threadbare manner and necessary instructions and guidelines were provided to all the participants for professional policing and performing dedicated duties to keep railways Jammu safe and secure.
The participants were directed to extend their full efforts to keep the jurisdiction of railways crime free.
It was also reiterated that security of Railways is of paramount importance for GRP Jammu and no compromise should be made with it.
