UDHAMPUR, Oct 27: In order to check the punctuality and regularity of employees in the Government offices, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Angrez Singh Rana today paid surprise visit to various offices of district Udhampur.
During the inspection, ADC visited various offices of the district including EM&RE Divisional Office, EM&RE Divisional -II Office, CEO Municipality Office, Deputy Registrar Co-operative, Assistant Registrar Co-operative, Chief Animal Husbandry and office of Deputy Director, Sericulture.
During the inspection 79 employees were found to be absent from their duties . The ADC directed the concerned District Officers of the respective departments to seek explanation from delinquent officials within a period of three days so that action under rules is taken against these officials .
The ADC directed the officers to maintain regularity and punctuality in the offices besides maintaining all records regarding tours, departure report and movement register. He asked the officers to work with dedication and sincerity to redress the grievances of the public on priority.
