Srinagar, Oct 29: Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) today organized an interactive meeting with the Industries Minister Chander Prakash Ganga and Minister of State (MoS) Industries, Mohammad Ashraf Mir here today.
A KCCI statement said the members of Executive Committee and past presidents of KCCI led by its president, Mushtaq Ahmad Wani represented the chamber while the ministers were accompanied by the Commissioner/ Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Directors of industries, Handicraft, Handloom Department and other senior officers of the Department of Industries. He said the KCCI submitted a detailed memorandum wherein the issues related to Industrial sector, heritage, handicraft handloom industries and tourism industry were brought to the notice of the ministers. The memorandum precisely contained various points which were discussed in detail in the meeting.
The Minister assured that all the issues discussed in the meeting will be addressed on priority in due course of time, the statement added.
