Nawang Rigzin Jora lambasted the BJP-PDP Govt for the failure of the Government in the court to protect the reservation in promotions and for neglecting the youth of the State. While addressing the gathering he said that, Pradesh Youth Congress has to play a pivotal role to safe guard the rights of the Youth of the State, at time when the PDP-BJP Government has abandoned many of the earlier existing employment schemes and has recently introduced a draconian Recruitment Policy 2015, which has been widely criticised by the public and was sent back by the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir to the Government for a proper review.

The Government has refused to implement the earlier Cabinet order of previous Congress participated coalition regarding the NYC  and daily wagers engaged in PHE and other departments.
