JAMMU, Oct 31: State High Court today ordered transfers and postings of five Judicial Officers with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by M K Hanjura, Registrar General of the High Court, Kaneez Fatima, District and Sessions Judge, has been posted as Member, J&K States Tax Tribunal vice Mohammad Akram Choudhary.
Ashok Kumar Koul, District and Sessions Judge has been posted as Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Jammu vice Sanjay Dhar, who has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua vice Puneet Gupta.
Mohammad Akram Choudhary, Member, J&K Sales Tax Tribunal has been transferred and posted as 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu vice Baba Jyoti, who has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, J&K One Man Forest Authority against an available post.
