JAMMU, Nov 2: In a petition filed by a lady employee seeking directions to police for producing charge sheet against Tara Chand Saini, Senior Manager in M/s Ultimate Flexi Pack Ltd SIDCO Industrial Complex Bari Brahmana for sexually harassing the petitioner, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today directed SSP Samba and SHO Police Station Brahmana to file status of the FIR and produce CD files on November 17.
Advocate S S Ahmed appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Senior Manager Tara Chand Saini left no stone unturned to abuse his official position as he indulged in sexual harassment of the petitioner by various means and on number of occasions the Senior Manager molested the victim.
