KATHUA, Nov 6: A scooterist died after the two-wheeler was hit by a tractor on near Lakhanpur today. He has been identified as Ashok Kumar of Madhavpur Punjab. He was shifted to district Hospital Kathua in a serious condition where he succumbed to his injuries.
Lakhanpur Police has registered a case under Section 304 in this regard. The driver of the tractor Balwan Singh was also arrested. The body was handed over to family members for last rites after postmortem.
