JAMMU, Nov 8: An unknown man in injured condition was recovered today here from General Bus Stand who later died in Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
According to a police spokesperson, an unidentified man of age about 50 years was found in unconscious condition early this morning from behind a bus in General Bus Stand.
On getting information, police immediately reached the spot and shifted the man to GMCH, where he expired in the afternoon. The body of the deceased man was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for identification.
A case in this regard has been registered at Bus Stand police station, where police has started inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC.
