JAMMU, Nov 19: State Cabinet today approved the promotion of two IAS officers namely Pramod Jain and B B Vyas to the fixed scale from January 1, 2016.
The promotion of Pramod Jain will be with effect from the date he returns to the State cadre. Mr Jain is presently on Central deputation while as B B Vyas is Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
