JAMMU, Nov 22: All J&K Low Paid Employees Federation has urged upon the Government to release 6 % DA installment and enhance medical allowance of the employees and pensioners from Rs 300 to Rs 1000 per month.
Abdul Majid Khan, president of the LPEF in a press statement here criticized the Government for causing delay in addressing pending issues of the employees and pensioners. He demanded that 6 % DA installmnent be released without any delay. Khan also demanded enhancement of medical allowance, regularization of daily rated and temporary workers, and enhancement of daily wage to Rs 350. He also demanded that pending salaries of teachers including RET/SSA category staff be released.
