JAMMU, Dec 5: A Hindi (Poem) recitation competition was organized at SD Tara Puri Public High School for the students of Nursery, LKG and UKG.
All the kindergarten students participated in the competition with enthusiasm and zeal. They all performed very well and recited the poems with confidence.
Vice Principal Saroj Goel and Khema Padha (Staff Secretary) were the judges. Principal Neeru Puri lauded the efforts of the beginners.
In Nursery, Harsheeta stood first whereas Shelly and Ankita bagged 2nd and 3rd prize respectively, while in LKG, Aysha bagged 1st position and Divanshu and Ananya Sajgotra fetched the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
In UKG Tarushi and Shruti were judged 2nd and 3rd while Sharan Krishan bagged first position.
