Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan has directed the Commissioner/ Secretary, Social Welfare Board to comply with the directions passed vide Order dated August 24, 2012 within a period of six weeks.
The direction was passed in a PIL filed by Mohammad Anwar Choudhary seeking implementation of August 24, 2014 order whereby Division Bench of the High Court had directed the State to set-up Scrutiny Committee at the divisional and district level to scrutinize the social status certificates of the reserved category.
