JAMMU, Dec 13: A Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim died under mysterious circumstances near Himkoti.
As per police sources, a male pilgrim identified as Anil Jain, son of Radhay Shayam Jain of Madhya Pradesh fell unconscious near Himkoti, when he along with friends was on his way to perform darshan at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
He was immediately rushed to dispensary at Himkoti, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased was shifted to CHC Katra for legal formalities.
Police has also taken cognizance in this regard.
