JAMMU, Dec 15: Bagh-e-Bahu police arrested two persons along with intoxicant capsules.
As per police sources, on specific information, police team from Bagh-e-Bahu police station intercepted two pedestrians at Kasim Nagar, as they were moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police recovered 151 intoxicant capsules from their possession and nabbed them.
The accused have been identified as Yash Pal alias Shadi Lal, son of Khushal Chand and Kuljeet Singh, son of Jeet Ram, both residents of Katcha Talab, Bagh-e-Bahu.
A case under FIR Number 100/15 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Bagh-e-Bahu police station and investigation of the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bagh-e-Bahu police station Inspector Vijay Singh made the arrest under the supervision of DySP East Mohammad Rafiq Manhas, SP South Shaazad Salaria and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
