KATHUA, Sept 4: A ‘Moulvi’ allegedly kidnapped a young girl from a village in Kathua district last evening.
The parents of 15-year-old girl, Bina Begum, daughter of Shah Din of Chak Desa, lodged an FIR with Kathua police alleging that Moulvi of local mosque, allegedly kidnapped their minor daughter. They alleged that this Moulvi, hailing from UP, was residing in the local mosque for the last 5-6 years and developed friendly relations with the girl. The police registered a case and started investigation into the case.
