KATHUA, Dec 19: Pensioners Welfare Association District Kathua today in a meeting expressed concern over the failure of Government in conceding the long pending demands of the pensioners.
The meeting was chaired by Amarnath Dogra president of the Association. He demanded release of six percent D A due from July 2015 in favour of employees and pensioners.
