JAMMU, Dec 19: In order to carry out the painting of 33 KV line near Purmandal Morh, Bari Brahmana, the power supply to Birpur Industry area fed from 33/11 KV 1×10 MVA Birpur Complex R/Stn will remain affected on December 20 from 9 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, in order to carry out the erection of 13 mtr ST Poles for new 33 KV Line, the power supply to areas fed from 33 KV G-6 line emanating from 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Gladni and 11 KV TPN-1 Feeder emanating from 33/11 KV R/Stn Transport Nagar shall remain affected on December 20 from 8 am to 12 noon.
Due to shut down, power supply to Channi Himmat, Sainik Colony, Channi Rama, MES Sunjwan, Chowadi, Narwal, Karyani Talab and its adjoining will remain affected.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the erection of ST Poles at Nanak Nagar for new route diversion of 33 KV Line G-3 feeder at Nanak Nagar turning point of 33/11 KV Sub Station to be carried out by M/S IRCON International Ltd, the power supply to Nanak Nagar, Gandhi Nagar Hospital, Part of Gandhi Nagar and Shastri Nagar will remain affected on December 20 from 8 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, in order to carry out the repairs/maintenance of equipment, replacement of damaged jumpers/droppers and other hot spots on main/reserve Bus at 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Udhampur, the power supply to Udhampur, Ramnagar, Chenani, Airforce, MES, Army, Doda and Kishtwar will remain affected on December 20 from 9 am to 2 pm.
In order to carry out the development works by M/s IRCON under R-APDRP works, 11 KV Feeder G-3 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Gangyal will remain under shut down on December 21 & 23 from 9 am to 1 pm.
During the power shut down, the power supply to Marble Market, Hari Vihar, Ambica Colony, Greater Jammu, Langer and its adjoining areas will remain affected.
