BHADERWAH, Dec 21: Rashtriya Rifles located at Bhaderwah under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) organized a seminar on ”Secure Environment and Social Stability as Prerequisite for Peace and Economic Development in the Region and Students Contribution in this Direction” for the students of the Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu (JU) at Lalded Auditorium here at Bhaderwah Campus.
Prof GM Bhat, Rector, Bhaderwah Campus, Dr Kuljit Singh, Saurabh Shastri, Neetu Parihar and Shazia Zargar, were the guest speakers of the seminar and delivered their talk at its length of the subject.
The students and faculty members of the Bhaderwah Campus actively participated in the event and spread the message of environmental security, social stability, peace, prosperity and brotherhood.
The seminar was graced by presence of Sector Commander, Rashtriya Rifles, Doda, Officiating Commanding Officer, Rashtriya Rifles, Bhaderwah, Prof GM Bhat, Rector, Bhaderwah Campus, JU, Mohd Anwar Banday, SDM, Bhaderwah, Amit Bhasin ASP and Sajjad Ahmad Khan, SDPO, Bhaderwah.
A number of persons from Armed Forces, Civil Administration, Police, CRPF, Education Department, College, University and other prominent citizens of Bhaderwah attended the Seminar.
Speaking on the occasion, the Sector Commander, Rashtriya Rifles, Doda, said that the cultural values of societies in the Chenab valley are in a new era and the very well socio-economic collaboration stream led to make a strong change in the entire society.
