DB’s directive in Judicial Officer’s application

JAMMU, Dec 24: A Judicial Officer has filed an application seeking appropriate action against the writ petitioner and the parents of the alleged missing boy for misusing the process of the court and for harassing, blackmailing and maligning the applicant and his family.
The writ petition regarding alleged disappearance of a child from the residence of Judicial Officer was filed through Advocate Deepika Singh Rajwat.
After going through the application of Judicial Officer, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat granted one week’s time to the petitioner for filing response to the averments made by the applicant-Judicial Officer.
