JAMMU, Dec 25: Nami Dogri Sanstha today celebrated 13th Dogri Bhasha Mannta Din day by organizing a function in this connection at Cultural Academy, Jammu, under the chairmanship of Capt Lalit Sharma.
The day is observed to celebrate inclusion of Dogri language in Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution on December 22, 2003.
Present on the occasion were Advocate – Dogra Harish Kaila, president, Nami Dogri Sanstha; Yash Pal ‘Yash’, Vijay Verma of AIR New Delhi, Dr Chanchal Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Sham Talib, Aaresh Om Dalmotra, Ravi Razdan, M L Komal, Ramesh Rahi, Ritvick Rohan Kaila, Rakesh Sharma ‘Tript’, Somraj Taroch, P L Parihar, Ravi Abrol, Aditya Sharma, Meharban Singh, Sudershan Kumar, Amit Gupta, Ashok Shama, Sunil Khajuria, Ashwani Sharma and Meet Anand.
