Be it sports, be it education and competitive exams; be it talent of literature, art , music and even fashion, we possess enough talent in our State of Jammu and Kashmir. You take festivals of Leh and Ladakh , one can see newer ways of expression of talent of traditional art and dance.Kashmir is equally known for sports like cricket and once foot ball was peoples favourite. Traditional Kashmiri folk dance on festivals and marriages etc is famous for its novelty. Art and crafts music and literary activities in Kashmir are second to none.Take folk music, dance and seasonal festivals related art and literary activities in Jammu division and its suburbs, even hilly areas, one gets unique taste . New enthusiasm and inclination towards interest in staging dramas has been witnessed in Jammu. with interest. people are really not believing that they can really watch Jammu artists performing with such an authority and dedication. Of late taking part in promoting fashion designing activities has been of interest to many young talent. But series of dramas played on stages need State patronage and recognition and Jammu can lead in all the three parts of the state in such activities. We can produce best swimmers worth competing in national events if we take care of the only swimming pool in our sports stadium and provide trainers to young boys and girls to turn out to be of competitive level. Our State needs to find out and encourage and promote talent. We have enough of it here.
