This pertains to the RTI articles by Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat published in this paper. The articles are quite informative and bring awareness in society.
But it is said that the information commission is friendly with non-complying bureaucrats and it does not fine the culprits.
The commission must act against people who do not provide information. It is said that. every effort is made not to give information and to demoralize the information seeker. The persons who shield the culprits are more guilty than the offenders.
