KATHUA, Dec 28: District Development Commissioner Ramesh Kumar today convened a meeting here of revenue officers to review the progress of relief cases.
SDM Billawar, SDM Basohli, SDM Bani, SDM Hiranagar, Tehsidlar HQ, Tehsildar Kathua, Billawar, Lohai Malhar, Nagri, Ramkot, Marheen, Basohli and other officers attended the meeting
DC called upon the SDM’s and Tehsildar’s to clear the pending cases of their respective areas and forward the cases with their recommendations so that disposal of cases can be expedited. He directed the officers to take up the cases under Red Cross under the new SDRF norms.
He said the relief cases should be processed promptly so that relief is provided to the aggrieved in time bound manner.
