Schools in Rajouri sans staff

Sir,
A survey ‘Talaash’ is being conducted by the SSA in Rajouri. The new policies made by the SSA/Education department are just to throw dust in the eyes of poor  people, and are not serving any purpose to the school going children. A number of teachers are being deputed to conduct such surveys like Talaash etc where teachers remain out of schools for many days together causing great loss to the students. Similarly, a number of teachers  were on deputation to SSA as CRPS and ZRPS.
City schools with thin strength of students are crowded with the teachers whereas rural and far flung area schools with thick strength  of  students have a thin/negligible number of teachers to  teach them. There are some schools in which have student teacher ratio  as 1:50.
I would like to appeal the Education Minister, Director School Education Jammu and State Project Director SSA to kindly  pay attention towards the school in rural areas where the schools have sufficient students but less teachers. There is no proper transfer policy which would fulfil the needs of rural area schools. Please review the transfers, attachments, deployments etc made by the CEO and ZEOs of Rajouri. Moreover  ban attachments of RETs because they are only meant for the schools where they were appointed.
Yours etc….
