JAMMU, Dec 31: Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Additional Secretary to the Government, has been nominated as the First Appellate Authority for General Administration Department, with immediate effect.
The nomination of Pankaj Kumar Sharma has been made in pursuance of Section 16 of the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act 2009, says a Government order in this regard.
