JKSSB is a huge organisation which conducts various State level exams for filling vacancies in different departments on the pattern of Centre’s Service Selection Commission which conducts exams like CGL, CPO, JE, 10+2 and many more.
Besides, the Board can use technology on the pattern of Banks if SSC can conduct these papers in 2 slots in single day where strength of candidates is in lakhs why can not JKSSB conduct these. Like IBPS why JKSSB can conduct exam in 3 to 4 slots and there will be less chance of mass copying.
Another suggestion one would like to suggest JKSSB is exam can be conducted in only in Govt. schools and colleges in 2 slots as there are cases of mass copying in private institutions. These ideas are for the betterment of JKSSB aspirants.
