BASHOLI, Jan 4: A biker was seriously injured when a unknown truck hit his bike in Basohli area last evening.
According to police sources, a biker namely Manohar Lal (20), son of Suresh Kumar resident of Basohli was seriously injured when a truck hit his bike, last evening. Police shifted Manohar to District Hospital and later he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu in the morning for specialized treatment, where he breathed his last at 10.40 AM.
The body was handed over the family members after conducting post-mortem. Meanwhile Basohli Police has registered a case in this regard and launched a manhunt to trace the truck involved in the incident.
