JAMMU, Jan 5: Mukhtar Ahmad Choudhary, Deputy Secretary Cooperative Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Advisory Board for Development of Gujjars and Bakerwals.
He replaced Latief Poswal, who has been repatriated and will report back to the Finance Department for further posting.
