JAMMU, Jan 16: The Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC, Leh Dr. Sonam Dawa Lonpo today inaugurated the newly constructed office building cum Tourist Facilitation Centre of Leh Development Authority, Leh which has been constructed at a total estimated cost of Rs 55.67 lakh.
Executive Councilors Dorje Motup, Tsering Angdus, Mumtaz Hussain, Chief Executive Officer LDA, Leh Dr Zaida and other district officers were present on the occasion.
After inspecting all the sections of the office, CEC expressed gratitude and congratulated the CEO, Dr. Zaida and her team for completing the office building within a short period. While enquiring about their future plans CEC directed the CEO to submit the status report of Golf Course, Trans Himalayan Centre and Martyr Park which are under execution under tourism sector in Leh since many years.
Dr. Zaida also apprised some issues and problem of the Department to CEC for which the CEC asked the CEO to submit a detail report for further necessary action.
