JAMMU, Jan 16: The residents of Panchayat Halqa Jar, Paddar, district Kishtwar was held under the chairmanship of Sarpanch Mool Raj Rathore, in which panchayat members and sarpanchs took part.
During the meeting, various problems being faced by the residents of Paddar were discussed, which included power failure, drinking water scarcity, opening of Degree College, opening of dispensaries, execution of the identified roads under PMGSY, etc.
The participants appealed to the concerned authorities to redress the issues on priority basis.
Among others present were Nand Lal, Sarpanch Lingri, Sonam Dorjay, ex-board member ST, Reshi Parihar, senior leader NC, Mohan Lal, Bodh Raj Chesoti, Mainder Singh Rana, etc.
