Court denies bail to 2 real brothers in fake PRC case

JAMMU, Jan 18: Munsiff Bishnah Archana Charak today rejected the bail application of the two real brothers namely Mohan Lal and Surinder Kumar, who were booked by the police in fake PRC case.
According to the police, both the applicants filed an application for issuance of caste certificates of their children in the office of Tehsildar Bishnah. After going through the records, it was found that PRCs were fake and even the signatures of ADC Jammu were also fake. On this police registered FIR.
After hearing Senior PO Anil Saini for the State whereas Advocate Raman Chalotra appearing for the accused person, court observed, “the investigation is at preliminary stage and accused deserve no bail”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail of two real brothers.
