SAMBA, Jan 18: A man today sustained burn injuries after coming in contact with an electric heater here at village Rajpura.
A police spokesperson said that the man identified as Parkash Chand (53) son of Nant Ram, a resident of village Rajpura, received about 40% burn injuries after he came in contact with an electric heater at his residence.
He said the man was immediately shifted by the family members to District Hospital Samba from where he was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and further investigations are on.
