REASI, Jan 22: Police today arrested a narcotic smuggler and seized Charas from his possession.
A police team of PP Talwara , headed by SI Gurvinder Singh, was conducting checking at Gujjar Kothi area when they apprehended one person namely Mohd. Rafiq (24) of Kakra Arnas and recovered nine chhallies of Charas from his possession.
The accused was arrested and a case in this regard has been registered at Police Station Arnas.
