RAMBAN, Jan 24: A retired teacher has been found dead in village Neera, falling under the jurisdiction of Ramban police station.
As per police sources, a retired teacher namely Bhim Singh, son of Pyar Singh of village Neera had gone for some work nearby his house yesterday, but did not return till late night.
The body of the retired teacher was recovered from a nallah near his house, which was shifted to District Hospital (DH) Ramban, from where it was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case in this regard has been registered at Ramban police station and investigation started.
